    Q1: How to order?
    A: First, please send your inquiry and requirements to our company email address at: support@digitalcamera-parts . Our saleman will contact you within 12 hours. Once we reach an agreement on price, package, leadtime, etc, our salesman will make you a Proforma Invoice for your confirmation and payment. We will arrange production as soon as received full payment.

     

    Q2: How to pay?

    A: 1. T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): cheapest bank fee
        2.West Union: fastest, convenient
        3.We accept paypal payment for purchases under $500 (Including Shipping & Handling)

     

    Q3: How to ship?
    A: After receiived full payment, we will sent out the goods within the deadline which both parties agreed( usually 2-3 days).
    Good cooperated with express, such as: DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT and EMS, and can get good discount from them.Also if buyers provide us effective account, buyers could pay transportation fee by theirselves.

     

    Q4: Can I order samples?
    A: All samples are chargeable at sample/retail prices.

     

    Q5: Is there a minimum checkout amount?
    A: Minimum One PCs order is required. Shipping fees are separately charged.

     

    Q6: What happens if my funds don't get used up due to out of stock or cancellations?
    A: For unused funds on your account, you may have it stored as customer credit for your next purchase or request for an immediate cash refund to be issued.

     

    Q7: Who is responsible for tariffs when the goods arrive in my country?
    A: Customers will be responsible for paying tarrifs, duties & taxes for importing any products to your country. Our staff may give you an indication of how much duties you are expected to pay, This information will be a tentative & an indication, you must contact to your local authorities for an accurate figure.

     

    Q8: How can you guarantee my goods?
    A: The limited warranties applicable the product bought from DCP is 180 days. 180-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by the product manufacture or DCP technical staff.
    The warranty protects against Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) and any manufacturing defects. If the product is physically damaged on arrival (shipping damage) you must contact us and ask for the Tracking Number within 7(seven) days after the receiving date for an exchange. Otherwise, the product will be considered as broken by the customer. After 180 days, any warranty is useless.

     

    Q9: What happens if the products I receive are defective or don't meet up to expectations?
    A: If you receives a product different from that you ordered, you has seven (7) days since the date of receipt to request a tracking number. You must return the product in original condition. Damages on the product, you need to pay from at least 15% of the price of the prodcut to full charge.

     

    Q10: How can i do if place a mistake order?
    A: If you made a wrong order, you has seven (7) days since the date of receipt to request return or exchange. For return product, you will get 70% refund and pay all the shipping charges. The product must be returned in original condition. Damages on the product, you need to pay from at least 20% of the price of the product to full charge.Return product must be in their original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging product. Additional fees may apply. If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by DCP, DCP is not responsible for product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior approval issued by DCP(digiticalcamera-parts.com)
